my self reflection

                                                           

A long time ago, whenever I saw any special needs people, I became scared and felt uncomfortable around them. I didn't want to interact with them and that developed a prejudice towards them.Prejudice means judging something without even trying it and that's exactly what happened in my case with people with disabilities. In addition, my friends acted strange around them which later became a stereotype among us. This stereotype made all the students in our school treat special needs people the same bad way and we kept thinking that special needs people were scary, strange, and couldn't be of any help to the community.

Later on, I had to volunteer to go to ZHO and interact with a group of special needs people. I immediately got nervous and confused about this experience. The first day there, I was put in the electronics workshop where all the students designed simple electronic circuits and robots. I was shocked at how these students were so precise and professional about their work. I met one student who spoke three languages and another who was an athlete. These encounters changed my idea about special needs people and I started to interact with them. I discovered that my thoughts, actions, and expectations against people with disabilities were wrong and I needed to change my whole view on them.

In conclusion people with disabilities can become a productive part of the community and its growth. They are not scary or strange; they have fears and dreams like us and are no different than us once you know them. They are creative and loyal to their tasks if they were given enough credit and attention and some of them can do activities that normal people cannot do.

her is our interview, we ask the teacher about how do they work and do this. he explain to us about the three level, and he say first we teach them how to use the hammer and but the screw into the object. then they but to them line to guide them to but the screw into the line to make it good and have a nice design. And then he show us some of them work in his phone.

Today is the first day in the second week now move on to the electrical workshop.Students Workshop electricity are the smartest students in the ZHO and their high level،Because they are working on precision equipment. Some of the students speak English in this workshop.

I begin the second day in a carpentry workshop and join in to work with them and they told me the rules of the workshop . I met with students special needs and was impressed with  their work that they have mastered the work, such as skilled manpower. Carpentry workshop has levels at work, the first level beginner level,next level They learn how to design the screw in the line,The third level are learning how to make tables and chairs.

We got to ZHO at 8:00 and was greeted by Ms. Fatima Hamli Head of Vocational Rehabilitation.She explained to us the laws that we should followe. She explained to us about the workshops available to them . Teach us how to deal with people with special needs .

In your spare time at work, you have developed a new spreadsheet program on the personal computer in your office. It is even more powerful, yet easier to sue than anything on the market. You share your new program with a friend who encourages you to market it on your own because you could probably make an incredible profit in a very short time. This is a very attractive option, yet you developed it using company equipment and during time that you were at work.
What do you do?

The main problem here is that you are using the equipment's from the company. Secondly, you are using the time in which you were supposed to work for your office.He should let the company know about his work, cause if he doesn't do that and later he is blamed for using the company's equipment. He will be in trouble.The Facts of the case - You are working in a computer based company. In your spare time, you develop a spreadsheet program. It was made using company's equipments. One of your friends suggests you to start a business with him using your project.My conclusions - He should let the company know about his work, cause if he doesn't do that and later he is blamed for using the company's equipment. He will be in trouble.Future environment - Considering the future requirements, this plays an important role because all the time in the office or company would be supposed to be contributed for the company. These kind of activities would be considered as a violation of company rules.Future Scenario - In these kind of cases, the company might end up filing a case that they own the software/product, cause that was developed by their employee using their eqiupments and their office time.

Dilemma1

Two young  men brothers, had got into serious trouble. They were secretly leaving town in a hurry and needed money . Karl, the older one, broke into a store and stole a thousand dollars. Bob, the younger one, went to a retied old man who was known to help people in town . He told the man that he was very sick and that he needed a thousand dollars to pay for an operation . Bob asked the old man to lend him the money and promised that he would pay him back when he recovered. Really Bob wasn’t sick at all , and he had no intention of paying the man back . Although the old man didn’t know Bob very well , he lent him the money . So Bob and Karl skipped town , each with a thousand dollars .

1-    Cheating like Bob.

    - Because Bob exploitation the old man feeling .

2-    I believe that Bob used merciful of old man .

-Because he didn’t steal his money he steal his felling.

3-    The man should keep the promise due to one day he will need a help from people .

4-    Yes

-         Be flexible from ethics keep promises between people and also you will feel comfortable.

5-    Because, the steal still wrong and it will effect the community or society.

6-    It’s the important rights that give the person all rights on some things .

-         Because the law is the parent is of all of us , everyone should follow his parents .
